Skytrax 5-star airline
Japan is the only country with two Skytrax 5-star airlines; flying either is a wonderful experience.
They service Asia, North America, Europe and Australia and operate an extensive domestic network.
The business class hard product is inconsistent, although every version of the seat is still good.
First class is consistent and extremely good.
