St Regis is one of UCT’s favourite luxury hotel brands.
Part of the Marriott Group, the St Regis brand was inherited from Starwood and all their hotels continue to reflect a storied history that started with original property in New York City.
In 2021 St Regis announced plans for a significant global expansion.
Some of these new hotels, such as the St Regis Qingdao, have already opened.
But many exciting properties remain in the pipeline and UCT wanted to highlight some of the hotels coming soon and some that have just opened:
Just Opened: St Regis Dubai, The Palm
Located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah island, St Regis Dubai, The Palm is has recently opened. The hotel has 289 guest rooms and suites, as well as 3,000 square meters of event space, including a grand ballroom and several meeting rooms. Guests enjoy a private beach, a spa, and several dining options, including a rooftop bar with stunning views of the city.
Just Opened: St Regis Bermuda Resort
The first St Regis in Bermuda, this property is located in St. George’s, a UNESCO World Heritage site. The resort has120 guest rooms and suites, as well as several restaurants, a spa, and a fitness center. Guests have access to a private beach club and a championship golf course.
Opening 2024: St. Regis Marrakech Resort
Situated in the heart of the Palmeraie district, the St Regis Marrakech Resort will offer guests a serene retreat in the midst of the bustling city. The hotel will feature 80 guest rooms and villas, each with its own private pool. Guests will also have access to a spa, a fitness center, and several dining options, including a Moroccan-inspired restaurant.
Opening 2024: St Regis Melbourne
Located in the heart of Melbourne’s bustling central business district, the St Regis Melbourne will offer guests a sophisticated urban experience. The hotel will feature 168 guest rooms and suites, as well as several dining options, a spa, and a fitness center. Guests will also be able to enjoy views of the city from the hotel’s rooftop bar.
Opening 2025: St Regis Cancun Resort
Located on a pristine stretch of beach in Cancun’s hotel zone, the St Regis Cancun Resort will be the brand’s first property on Mexico’s Caribbean coast. The hotel will feature 120 guest rooms and suites, as well as several restaurants, a spa, and a fitness center. Guests will also have access to a private beach club and a 1,500-square-meter pool.
